The biggest and most exciting event has been my parents coming to visit us. They have been with us for little over a week now and we have enjoyed having them around and I know it has been really good for the girls to get to know them. We have been blessed with some really nice weather lately and have been taking them out to see several different parts of Spain. This is there second visit to Spain so we had already shown them most of Burgos before, so this time we have been showing them places outside of Burgos.

Another big event that happened last weekend was we had a special dinner for our youth group. All we told them was that we were going to eat supper together, but we didn't tell them what or how we were going to eat. We had "World Awerness Meal" together. Each one was given a number and that detirmened their economic status in the world. Two of them were able to eat nice meal with meat, salad, bread dessert, etc. Others ate pasta with cookies and the majority of the youth ate rice. A few of those who had rice were able to eat a small portion of beans as well. Then there were a couple of the youth who were beggers.
Afterwards we had a time of reflection asked them what we can do to help others who are in need. As a group we decided our first step would be to collect food once a month and donate it to a local ministry that will then distribute it to families in need.
